About Trokos
Trokos is a small clinical-software developer founded by a practising physiotherapist with twenty-one years in musculoskeletal practice and a decade in senior clinical supervision. The tools began as an attempt to make the reasoning behind a differential visible to the clinician using it — every finding, every weight, every source — and to be honest about how often that reasoning is wrong.
Principles
- Transparent by construction. Deterministic models over published evidence. No machine learning, no hidden scoring. The file that runs is the whole product.
- No patient data leaves the browser. No server, no account holding clinical information, no network call during use.
- Measured performance, published. Pre-registered protocols, sealed test banks, results reported whether favourable or not, and displayed inside the tool before use.
- Supports judgement; never replaces it. Every tool assumes a licensed clinician who can recognise when it is wrong.
